We currently only ship within the EU:

NB: Bombé is not responsible for incorrect address details added by the customer at checkout. Shipping may vary from country to country, but we'll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Returns
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee! You can return your Bombé product to us within 14 days of the date of delivery via the return form. After completing and sending the return form, you must return the item to us within 14 days (after notification of the return). Defective items may also be returned. Let us know as soon as possible. All we ask of you is to return the product and packaging in new condition. If a product is missing, the box is damaged or is not in new condition, we cannot provide a refund. Unfortunately, we are also unable to process exchanges.​

Refunds can only be made through the method used to pay for the order.

All you have to do is return the product (at your own expense) and you will receive the purchase price back. We do not refund the shipping costs.
Once verified, a full refund of the product(s) will be credited to your account within 14 days.
